raya holiday is over for 2012

Dear all,

I am very grateful to GOD since i have the opportunity to write in the blog again..
Many things happened during my last post to now, pain, happy and tired all in one packages.
Alhamdullilah i still alive and here again.
Thank GOD that i learned the lessons from my life still...
There is more that i need to learn and guided to the right path.
I'm very grateful to live my live as there is because I'm aware that many other people even more having pain and blood in their live.

Life is like a wheel.. sometimes we are upside and UPSIDE we are at the DOWNSIDE. We can't avoid to get DIRTY and SCRATCHES all over. So makes sure to be thankful when you are at the UPSIDE and patient when on the DOWNSIDE. Always remember to clean the DIRTY stains along your live and make the SCRATCHES as your reminder or lesson for the future path.

Three type of SHAKE people..

Just for sharing, on my last company Induction Day .
I learn from the one speech that there is three type of people that is Shake-Shake, Shake What? and Shaker.
What is meant by that?

Shake-shake is people who like to do the work as per instruction. They more to be a follower in the company. They don;t have any interest to be a leader and just following order from upper man. Next is

Shake What?, this people is the worst type of people in institution. They don't know what are their purpose, don't have any objective in the company. This type of people will have no improvement in the work career.

Awesomes fact about this machine:

It was said to that i was build only 6 cars.

Since it was carbonize it take only take 2.8 seconds from 0-62mph and top speed increased to 220mph.

The engine spec is 7.0-litre V12 and equip with high-flow exhaust. Capable of generating 754hp at 8,300rpm plus 553lb ft of torque at 6,000rpm .

The result is really increase the performance of this car compare to ordinary version.

Motogp 2012 episode 9 : Itanliano Heat!

Watching Moto GP is like watching a tv series to me now...
Since i was happening at the west of the earth, the race time start on the evening in Malaysia.
And because of the main race was in Sunday, i have the opportunity to follow this series at home. Yeah! =D
Our Malysian rider got sixth place on Moto3. Congrats for being on the top 6 list.

i was a foolish guy...crazy thing that i used to do..and all the pain i put you through..mum now i here for you.

Though i have short breath and so bad in singing, i really like fast song genre such as slow rock, rock, metal and punk rock. Today let enjoy this peaceful and meaningful song by Maher Zain. Make sure to make your mum the first person in your life before it's too late.

3rd week without my beloved bike...

Normally, every working days i spent at least about half an hour to reach my office from home. My office was about 22km away and the road is commonly known for the most busy and jamm. Can you imagine the highway is as big as three to seven line full with cars. It quite tense especially on rainy days, when most people drive their cars to go to work. For a rider like me, i need to prepare to go through all the way in wet and jammed road all the way to my office. It quite dangerous to ride in fast speed since the road was slippery and the others road users behavior that is unpredictable. some time it takes about an hour to reach the office when i riding wave 100r (my replacement bike).  Hmm.. with this bike.. i make me drench sweet to reach the office and takes at least 40 minutes per way.

After watching Le Mans motoGP, i really3 miss my bike...

V12 engine

Have you heard about V6 engine, here in Malaysia only one car was manufacture with the V6 technology that is Proton Perdana. On the other side, in overseas some car manufacturer has been producing V12 engine such as Ferari. They simply can design a small V12 engine. huhu I hope we can achieve this sooner enough.
It is magnificent to see how they built the engine. Check it out.

The car i always dream of.....

Last two days i was exited to watch Top Gear on youtube. This one video show the powerful cars including Ferari, Aston martin, Lamborghini, Bently and others.. FYI, since Secondary school i have learn about Ferari and Lomborghini i was introduce by one of my teacher as fast and exclusive cars brand. Since then i always dream to see one of that live.

After time passed away, i seen that lively those cars lively on the road or cars exibition and my interest goes to new powerful cars. Then i found out the fastest car ever bulit! Bugati veyron! Besides, i havent meet this car yet on the road or anywhere else in Malaysia. How unfortunate. huhu. I dream to get this car or at least test drive on the road. The video below keep my dream boil and boil again. :-(

 

Mintaining your clucth disc

Riding or driving in a correct practice can reduce technical problem from your machine. For example driving in correct way can help maintaining you clutch disk. Here some newbie technical review about bike disc or also known as clutch plate.
First let's take a look at the thing first.

   

 So what this thing do? This clutch disc cover with frictional meterial that goes between flywheel and pressure plate. During engagedment of clutch this is squeezed between flywheel and pressure plate and power from engine transmited by disc's hub to input shaft of transmission. Refer here for more. You can refer to the below picture

Here i list some of factors that can cause cltch disc failure:

1. Incorrect gear selection of a low gear while driving at speed causes the driven plate to accelerate instantaneously to a speed far in excess of the facing burst strength due to the multiplication of the rotation speeds of the Gearbox and or Differential Ratios. The driven plate rotation speed is independent of the engine speed.
   
   
2. The clutch disc exceeds its facing burst speed limit  while  the clutch is disengaged for gear selection, and when  the clutch is re-engaged the facing can disintegrate completely. The Facing material becomes entwined and bound amongst the Pressure Plate (cover assembly) componentry and restricts the correct operation of the Clutch cover and its components.
   It is not possible for the driven plate material to disintegrate while it is firmly clamped between the pressure plate and the flywheel.
   Disintegration can only occur while a clutch is disengaged or slipping due to do faulty adjustment proceedure during installation.
   
   
3. Mis-Shifting a gear while driving at speed can also cause the plate to accelerate past its facing burst strength as per the previous paragraphs 1 & 2.
   
   
4. Tow-Starting or push starting a vehicle while in low Gear can  cause increased rotation of the driven disc and also cause the facing material to tear away from the clutch backing plates when the clutch is suddenly engaged.
   
   
5. Repeated harsh clutch engagement at high engine RPM can also cause the facing material to break away from the Backing plate or damage the clutch hub the stop pins-and blow out the compression springs  causing compete clutch disc failure.
   
   
6. Excessive clutch slippage while driving causes the facing materials to overheat resulting in disintegration and failure of Clutch Disc and Pressure plate assemblies due to contamination from the facing materials.
   
   
7. Simply dropping a clutch disc on the floor prior to or during installation can impact and easily crack the facing material after a short operational period.
   
   
8. Fitting a clutch to a vehicle which has had an engine performance modification which exceeds the designed torque ratings of the clutch and Clamp loading of the pressure plate will also  cause Premature clutch failure.

Rear tyre for Mr Cibi

I don't know how many miles i traveled since last time i change the rear tire. But i seen like so soon..
1)When i got my bike July 2011, with condition 70% of Duro Thailand110/70 rear tire. After 3-4 months
2)Yoko 110/80 then almos 1 year the tire then worm out.
3)Next tire is michelin pilot sporty, condition 70% 110/80 and last only 2-3 month. 
4)Perelli Dragon supercosa 120/60. 60% condition but lasting only 1 week because the tire bouncing and cannot be ride in high speed.
5)Next tire is shinko 110/70 80% condition..  and now.. 3-4 month lasting
5)Upcoming Tire Micheling Pilot Road 2 120/70 condition 70%

So the best tire i ever used is Dragon SC. Though is was second hand tire. i perform well on the road especially in raining day. Second best tire goes to Shinko since the capability to grip during wet road if better than Duro Thailand. The Long lasting tire goes to Yoko, following with Shinko while the worst tire goes to Michelin pilot sporty and followed by Shinko. These two tires less grip during wet road but perform well during hot sunny day and long lasting. This tires was recommended to use for touring purpose.

Perfomance tires such as Shinko, Perelli and Micheling Pilot road two cost more than RM 200 each. So that why i prefer to buy second tire only.

One of the tire that i wish to try is BT Zero Two Three. Battalax known for with their quality of tires.

P a n i g a l e 2012

I'm exited to know this bikes. Ducati will launch their new 2012 model Panigale.. This awesome bike was built with more compact and elegant design that is sure to make bikers all over the world to be impress heehehe

Panigale was built with new monocopue chassis to reduces parts, shaves weight and design to produce more horsepower. It has trellis-style frame and the engine is a stress member of the frame, attaching to the frame at the cylinder heads. It use airbox into frame and die-cast aluminum swingarm and front subframe is made of magnesium to reduce the weight.

This new machine was claimed to produce 195 hp @ 10,750 rpm and 98.1 lb-ft torque @ 9000rpm and it actually bear the horsepower champion BMW S1000RR which has 183.37 hp @ 13100 rpm.
