Three type of SHAKE people..

Just for sharing, on my last company Induction Day .
I learn from the one speech that there is three type of people that is Shake-Shake, Shake What? and Shaker.
What is meant by that?

Shake-shake is people who like to do the work as per instruction. They more to be a follower in the company. They don;t have any interest to be a leader and just following order from upper man. Next is

Shake What?, this people is the worst type of people in institution. They don't know what are their purpose, don't have any objective in the company. This type of people will have no improvement in the work career.



Finally, Shaker is type of people who temp to trigger the company and usually a leader in the institution. This people will drive others and  always giving effort in improving the company and themselves by giving new ideas and suggestion. They were the triggers for the company.

At the end of the speech we are encourage to be  a Shaker and work productively for the company.
